	The Council on Industrial Relations (CIR): One of labor arbitration history's success stories. Founded in 1920, the CIR is cosponsored by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) as a means to settle peacefully labor disputes within the electrical industry. Terminal-Andrae supports its labor force for fair and equal treatment and dispute resolution that replaces costly work stoppage.

	The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW): Represents approximately 725,000 members who work in a wide variety of fields, including utilities, construction, telecommunications, broadcasting, manufacturing, railroads and government. The IBEW has members in both the United States and Canada and stands out among the American unions in the AFL-CIO because it is among the largest and has members in so many skilled occupations.

	National Electrical Contractor’s Association: The voice of the $100 billion industry responsible for bringing lighting, power, and communications to buildings and communities across the United States.

	National Electrical Installation Standards: (developed by NECA in partnership with other industry organizations) are the first performance standards for electrical construction. They go beyond the basic safety requirements of the National Electrical Code, with NEiS the electrical installation you design or install not only meets code – it meets the shared expectations of everyone involved: owner, specifying engineer, electrical contractor, and the authority having jurisdiction

	National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee: The organization that develops and standardizes training to educate the members of the IBEW and NECA; ensuring and providing the Electrical Construction Industry with the most highly trained and highly skilled workforce possible.

	BICSI Association for ITS: Advancing information technology Systems with training, resources and support to improve business communications service.
